Hey folks! Tom here in Markham, near Toronto. I am probably not the normal kind of guy on the forum. I run a vintage Jaguar and race car business in Canada. I race in SCCA and HSR in the States. Right now I am building a new SCCA P1 prototype race car using rotary power. As well I won a couple of other protypes including a 5-valve Yamaha powered Radical and a 5-valve Diasio 962. I have been interested in rotaries for a long time and actually have run a couple of Atlantic conversions before. Right now I am building a P1 conversion from FM to ProFM configuration, whcih means I am taking a formula car that ran a 5 speed transaxle behind a 13B and am converting this car to a full body with full ground effects and am converting the 13B to Renesis power (same engine as Pro Mazda formula car)....with the added benefits of full Motec and fuel injection.

I have a lot to learn about the engine and hope to be able to pass on some of what I have learned as well.

If any body is in Laguna for the Historics, we will be there from August 8th to the 18th. No rotaries for me this time, as we will be running an Elva/BMW and a Royale RP4 with a twin cam Lotus. If you wat to drop by, please let me know!
