Thinking of gettng back in the game
I got my first 7 in 86; I was looking for my first car, perhaps a Chevette, or a Civic, or an Omni. Then I saw a 79 RX-7 in the back of a Chrysler dealer's lot. $5k later it was mine.
This was it:

I got into autocrossing and we had a really big RX-7 club here in Toronto at that time. Great time!
Many mods later, it looked like this:

Mariah Mode 1, streetported 13B with the Dellorto, full suspension, etc.
She lasted until 97. Rust got her, so parted her and bought an 87 FC3S TII.
Drove it until the motor blew, then did the full suspension, new mildly ported motor, cone, S5 taillights and spoiler. Momo rims.
This was her:

Kept it until 2002. Sold it and have been out of the game ever since.
Now have a 2 car garage looking for a special occupant. Been combing Kijiji, etc. If it happens, it happens. Rotary enthusiasts are the best!
Looking forward to meeting new rotary people.
