Soon to be

Hello,

My name is Juan and I am from CA. I am in the process of purchasing a FD, 1994 to be specific. Its currently not running and it has a AT, the deal should be done this Monday. I do plan to convert my FD to MT and gather parts patiently while I enjoy the AT. I'm really excited about owning a rotary and communicating with the Rx7 community.

Welcome to the party, welcome to the family. Juan. These cars are what a sports car should be. that A/T will serve you well dont rush the swap. Take your time learn. Read and search alot on this site. Good luck brother. Just search first saves from redicule. what else you got planned?

In the short run I have planned to convert to MT and upgrade fuel pump and all the other upgrades in order to get more boost from the stock turbos. I plan to go single later on, but when I do I want to go big : D. So that said, I can't afford it at the moment... I am really excited about getting mine running when I get it. I've read all the posts about people reacting to their FDs and I just can't wait!!!

PS. If the total cost of selling the Rx7 (AT) and purchasing a MT Rx7 is a cheaper than just converting it, then that's the route I am taking since I am getting a good deal on the AT Rx7
