VT Sam- RX7 n00b from VT

Hey Folks,

I just got my First RX7, its a 1983 in what appears to be brown, over 200k miles. The price was right so I had to get it.

Didn't run too hot when I got it, new fuel/air filters, plugs, wires, and an oil change and she starts every time!

I've been drooling all over stuff to do, now just for the monies and time. I look forward to building up a super sweet RX7 that will likely and unfortunately resemble something that has already been done.

Below is a picture of my baby the day I got her. It is referred to as my "golden rotary queen" by a coworker. I have affectionally named it my "brown eyed girl" as it came with the tape by Van Morrison containing brown eyed girl. It's also going to be used as my WRC or winter rally car.

Thanks for the comments and suggestions!
-Sam

Looks nice with no rust. Everything I owned when I lived in NE was rusty..... Enjoy.

Thanks guys, small amount of surface rust, but for 200k miles, it's great! The brown color really hides the rust well too :P

I would love to find some parts for it, Saw a wing I wanted as well as a front valeance that made the car look much meaner. Crossing my fingers I can keep her long enough and nice enough to turn from my queen to my baby.
