Hi I am new to this forum. I had a mazdaspeed 3 when they first came out had a Cobb access port and Dave Brown tune it for me. Well that car has been gone for a long time. I picked up a project car it's a rx8 well I plan on making it in to a track car but don't have a storage garage so she needs to be parked on the street sometimes so need to be registered and pass emissions in NY. Im sure there are a bunch of people with project and emissions problems. So I am asking any of the tuners know any of the tunering software that im able to have one of the knowledgeable guys take care of this ecu. So it will pass emissions. Thank you
