The Rx-7
Wow is it a beautiful car! 3rd gen has been my dream car for about 3 years now. I am 17 years old and FORTUNATLY my dad actaully got me a pretty nice car for a high schooler. A honda Prelude 2001 which so far i put on

But when i got off to college in 2 years i will be getting a rx 7 (turb'd)with as low milage and great price as possible......rotary engines how reliable?

The car can only be as reliable as the maintainer. Oil change every 2,000 miles; no stupid driving; don't race all the time and routine check ups . Take care of the car really well and you can get that rotary in the 125,000 mile range (don't believe this is a good idea, should rebuild it around 95,000mi-ish). Don't put cheap products in your car, and most oils are okay (look it up, oils now a days have improved significantly). I'm guessing you did your research before buying the car so a key word is to RESEARCH on the car and cross examine it carefully. Hope you enjoy your new ride and welcome to the Rotary Club.
