Back into RX7.
I owned a 1979 1st Gen in the early 90s. Like an idiot I blew it up. It was my favorite vehicle ever. So much better than my 2010 Charger.
Now I have a 15 year old son who is car crazy., so I picked up another 1979 to restore with him.
I'll be relying heavily on this board for knowledge and moral support through the process.

Still have a lot to do after that..
Replacing the drums in the rear and even the seats aren't bolted in. They likely won't fit, the seller provided very new RX8 buckets.
There are some rust spots in the usually places but all in all the body is sound.
Chilly this morning ~40F (That's about 5C for my Canadian brethren)
