Hello, I just bought a 1987 rx7 last weekend and I'm looking for ward to and am also kind of warry to do a turbo swap. The car I bought is complete except for the motor is blown which isnt a problem at all since im swapping it and ive also thought about putting a larger turbo on it. Ive been a rotary enthusist for a while but this is my first rotary and my first car restoration. I am having trouble finding the turbo II drive train locally even on this site I find them but the go so quickly. Also I have yet to find a turbo II engine, id like to find one that I could possible rebuild because I dont want to buy a jdm one and it need replaced a few months down the road. Any help I could get from experienced members would be greatly appreciated parts list, advice, reccomendations, etc. Thanks.
