My name is CJ and I reside near the Dallas/Fort Worth area. I have owned a 1988 RX7 T2 (FC) for about a year and a half. It only had 80K miles at the time of purchase and was totally unmolested with the exception of an aftermarket headunit. The car was in running condition (barely), but had been sitting for a many months when I purchased it and had taken a couple of years off here and there throughout its life. The previous owner took pretty good care of it overall. It needs some minor body work. The interior is in good condition with the exception of the carpet needing a good cleaning. I am currently in the process of getting the body work done (staying Brilliant Black) and then I will proceed with mild street tuning mods.

I have previously owned a 1983 RX7 LE (FB) as my first car circa 1992. It was bone stock when I purchased it. I added an aftermarket stereo system (with pullout headunit ) and I replaced the carpet. It had the BBS LE wheels that I rolled with pride. I had just gotten the car to pristine running condition when a lady ran a stop sign and totaled it. I miss that car. R.I.P.

As you can see from my "join date," I have been around since '09, but just lurking for info. Now that I'm focusing more and more on my 7, I'm planning on posting more here and there as the need arises. (FYI - As a lurker, the search function is my best friend.)
