You will be disappointed if you have to sell it in the near future, it's almost impossible to even get close to what you put into it. Cool swap though, I miss the sound of a turbo at times.

I already know that I probably won't get what I put into it and that's one reason I won't put it up for sale but if someone ever offers me a price that make me smile and jump for joy then hell yea I'll sell haha

sweet man - look forward to seeing your build thread! is it difficult to source parts for the RB?

A few years ago when I first started this project it was a little difficult getting parts but now it's easier to find.

That RB25 is much sweeter than any V8 swap you could have done. Motor looks sick man. Cheers from Chi town.

Good luck with your build, but you should have stuck with the rotary. That is waste of a Mazda I'm just saying!

that is awesome... i love it when people bridge the gap on just making things work... i love it when someone takes something out of one thing and puts it in something else and making it a beast... great job

There is nothing wrong with an ls swap. It is the same thing as going with an rb. if your taking out the rotary to put a piston engine it dosent matter if its a I6 v8 or even an I4 still a piston engine. I love the rotary but im not a millionare to spend 2k in parts every time the rotary decides to get messed up. The rotary is great i had 3 engines in my second gen but anything over stock power and they dont last long. I had an n/a with 246k on it and ran strong till i boosted it. Im keeping my ls stock with 365tq dont need much else.

The build is coming along fine but slowly.

Good luck with the build.

Where in Chicago are you? I'm up in the northern suburbs (Libertyville area) and I'd love a chance to see this thing in action when it's ready.
