So it seems to have a ton of Racing Beat parts.
So far I've spotted that after market radiator, with an electric fan conversion at the front. The reactor has been replaced with regular set of headers and a catless exhaust.
It's on a Weber IDA 48 carb with the harness for the evap system and rat's nest cut out. It also has a larger fuel pump, but I'm not sure what it is. It seems to be on Racing Beat springs, and it has Tokico shocks all around.

The previous owner told me that it was a drift car taken to local events. The owner of a wrecking yard sold it to him. Unfortunately someone ripped out the previous battery and took wiring with it. I've had to rebuild it. I'm cleaning up the wiring that isn't stock. I'll add more notes about what I found.
She scream like a banshee on the road and could definitely use a tune. Would anyone happen to recognize this vehicle? I'm in the PNW in the US.

Great find and welcome to the forum!! The color is extremely rare and the car restored would have some value! Was the car literally for sale at a garage sale?

Literally for sale, and the seller's landlord wanted it out of the yard. I got a killer deal for it. Unfortunately cosmetically, it is definitely a track car. The interior has been stripped of everything but the headliner, as well as the center console and accessories have been removed. I've got it running already and took it out on the highway. It's currently at a buddy's where I work on it on weekends.
