Welcome. Dont worry about the typing. Just take your time and make sure its understandable. Other than that, check around and youll figure out how most stuff works.

Supercharger on a non-torquey rotary?

whats the point of multiplying torque on a non-existant toque engine?

Lisa asked me to respond to this...

don't knock the supercharger until you have tried one. I am not going to sit here and brag about high horsepower numbers that is not what it is for. But it adds alot of torque at low RPM. What this allowed us to do is... you have to follow close on this. We took a stock bodied Rx4 coupe, installed a 88 NA 13b block (no porting) header, carbed supercharger with about 8-10lbs boost the car is every bit as fast as a stock FD or Rx8 and it can still get an honest 30mpg. Now think about this for just a minute we didn't do anything to the drivetrain and it riding on 185 70R 13s no LSD, it has the aero shape of a brick and the weight of a pig. Don't know about you but for me it was awsome band for the buck.

For the record I am Active Duty Army currently at Ft Riley for training.
