Ol skool rotor head, Rx7 club newbie.

Hey guys and gals, I'm Paul from Perth Western Australia. I've been playing with rotaries for quite a few years now. It all started when an old school friend moved to the other side of the country and bought a 12a td Rx4 sedan. I ended up moving over about a year later, by that time there was a quite happening rotary community in Ballarat Victoria (near Melbourne) And I wanted in. I ended up selling my first car (a Ta22 celica) to buy a S3 Rx2 sedan in poor condition and a S1 Rx2 which was converted to piston (not for long) I ended up using the S3 for parts and fully rebuilding the S1 with a 12a extend port and Rx4 box. Came out mint. But me being young and dumb I ended up smashing it two weeks later.

Many years have passed now and I have accumulated quite a collection of projects to keep me occupied through to my retirement. The first of the collection purchased was an 808 coupe which I am converting to an Rx3 (into the panel shop soon). Realising this car couldn't be driven whilst rebuilding I purchased a S1 Rx7 with a S4 engine converted to carby. Then I came across a 13B J-port which went into the S1. The S4 engine went into a newly purchased S4 with a blown engine.

Rx2s were still my passion but getting very hard to find here without paying bulk $ for them. My luck came in when a S1 Rx2 shell came up on the Perth Rotary forum for a reasonable price. Now I'm hanging to get the Rx2 done but the 808 has to come first.
