NZ FD owner
I am new to these forums so I'll give you guys a run down on where I'm at and get my posts up.
I am from NewZealand in a town called Whangarei, I bought my 1st FD in 2007 as it was my dream car but had to sell it soon after as I couldn't afford it (insurance, maintenance etc...) with the job I had. I always regretted selling her as she was a great example of a stock car. I then decided I would buy another one and managed to find one with a blown motor that was a good price (mainly because it was purple with ugly chrome wheels) hahaha but that didn't bother me because I was going to build it exactly the way I wanted anyway, new motor, new wheels, new kit, new paint job, tein coilovers etc... and now I am half way there.
The motor is being rebuilt at the moment, I have 2 18x9s +15p and waiting on 18x10s, bodykit is ready to be fitted on when workshop has room, I have the tein adjustable suspension in the rear and will be putting the fronts in soon.
This is where I am at right now, it will be good to get it going and start driving it so I can get out and meet some more people in the scene.

Hey thanks guys, I will definately get some pics up when shes all done and dusted and looking reasonable, I'm going for a semi drift look with vanquish kit, deep dish wheels with stretched tires and low ride height to get a nice flush look, oh and gloss black paint too hopefully.
