No RX-7 from Arizona!
howdy! I'm Nick, I'm 20 years old, and work as a fabricator. I like old Japanese cars and photography.
I do not have an RX-7. I do however, have a 13B 6-port, and plans to drop it into my 1979 Toyota Corolla SR5. (carby power!)
it's a TE51 chassis, "Sportcoupe". a rare model, not many were imported. the SR5 means it had a 1.6L 2TC engine originally, 5 speed, and a bigger rear end than most Corollas. this car was left behind on someones property, and I was the lucky guy (or unlucky) to save the hoopty. it had 55k on it, and had signs of being used as a utility vehicle. I daily drove this ugly thing for about two years until I upgraded to an AE86 commuter.
how I found it:
how it sits:
this car is ugly, loud, and ratty. but, it's got good lines and I love to drive it. I hope a rotary engine will take this man-machine relationship to the next level.
any other Corollas on here??
