Newish Guy in TX
Hey all! I used to be a member here many moons ago, and only recently did my RX7Club Tshirt get retired. About 20 years ago now, I had an 88 RX7, gold with maroon interior and traded that for a Silver 84 three letter. Very fun cars and I miss the excitement of driving a rotary. Sadly, I have never owned an FD, but I did get to drive one once haha. I clearly fell in love, who wouldn't.
On my 1st deployment to Iraq in 2004, I was trying to purchase a beautiful red 1993 in great condition, but I didnt have quite enough cash at the time. When I called home, my parents informed me of a friend of mine selling his Z32, which, because I was on the rebound at the time, I bought. It was a fun car, but I had to sell her off. Now, I have the hankering for an FD. I have been internet browsing and drooling and saving up for the right time. Hopefully that time comes sooner rather than later.
I am glad to be back after a long long hiatus, and hope to learn more and maybe catch some of you around my area. Thanks for reading!
