Newbie from Nevada
Hey all,
Yesterday I picked up my first rotary, a 1989 GLX. I ended up trading one of my old laptops for it. It is a supper clean car with mechanical issues.......
I was told it needs new injectors, but after fiddling with it for a bit this morning. It is getting fuel at the engine, it even tries to fire up. I did find a whole second set of coils stashed in the engine compartment.
I know the basic princibles are the same, air-fuel/Spark/Compression that triangle they drilled into us during autoshop. so the troubleshooting begins.
Anyways, I am out in Northern Nevada, being an industrial mechanic I have a feeeling I can really screw this car up so before I start messing with it too much I decided to learn a bit more. Hence, my appearance here.
