new to this wierd thing called rotary land
Alright guys and gals, I really hate introductions and I normally give bad ones at that, so I will venture you through a land of my history very briefly with pictures and some details.
It all started out when I was a young boy. Then I turned 16 and got a job, saved up money, and bought my first car. Completely unsatisfied with a 1989 cutlass supreme, I got my second job to purchase me a nice two door sports car. Bad idea I suppose.
Yeah, I know I did bad things to this car like underglow and system, but I learned from my mishaps.
Then I started into suspension modifications, etc and started getting this in my rear view quite frequently. I have racked up enough tickets that when employers run background checks I get a nasty size envelop in the mail.

And it was not from the modifications.
I started hanging out with some local guys who had/have fast cars. That grown into friendships and learning more and more about cars. The best way to learn is to have no money to pay other people to fix it and do it yourself, and when you are stumped ask questions.
At this point I started college at Western Kentucky University and also started my career at Advance Auto Parts. I was starting out as a photojournalism major but really did not care for my instructor.
Teacher never cared for or appreciated my love/hate for cars, and for studio set up approach to shooting, oh well I know I am bad *** at photography when I wanna be, just take a look and the first one is for you guys here.

Then I changed my major and went to mechanical engineering and then after realizing that I have to take every math class offered I changed it again to Advance Manufacturing.
Then I purchased me a bike cause I realized I was doing good and all.
Four months later already had sold the camaro, and bought a cavalier as a DD. Well then like all people on bikes I became a statistic. I was t-boned by a jeep cherokee and it totaled out my bike.
While being laid up after my wreck I started looking into what car to buy that will just blow some minds when going fast, and something I can road race and have a weekend warrior car. Against all my better judgement and everyone's knowledge, I went with a DSM.
I did all the correct research about these cars, along with almost every other two door car out there, and decided to go with one that was mildly modded and used to be a local speed shop, shop car. BAD IDEA, well actually the DSM is just a bad idea, they are amazing when they run but not so much when you are calling the tow truck.
I really never had time to shoot the DSM due to the fact that I was always chasing problems down from cheap and ghetto work from the former speed shop. I now know why they went under.
Had electrical issues, leaks, etc. Other than that and about 14k of my money has went into an entire different chassis. I have full suspension, full fuel system, every bolt on imaginable, dsmlink, stage three trans and still is not running just kind of ran out of money and now I am saving up. To finish off this, I am just going to post pics of the talons journey.

Now to finish all this off. I would like to start it with the 1986 FC I just purchased, that has the big missing trim bezel around the radio, the rust on the metal strips on the door, a bad slave cylinder, bad wiring problem (taillights and parking lights not working, checked the fuse and the grounds, have to rip out carpet etc then going to go look into the headlight switch). Has the normal problems but the plans are in the work for after the DSM to do the LS1 swap into the baby.
I no longer work for advance auto parts and now am a inventory manager at a local junk yard.
Also I had many more pictures to post up but I am limited currently. I hate being a noob, when I am really not.
Any questions comments, just ask and let me know.
Thanks Brian
