New to the Wankel game
Hey my name's Christian, my friends call me Texas. But i'm livin' in NC now.
And as it says i'm new to not just rotaries but basically cars alike.. You gotta start sometime right?
Well, long story short. I've been researching turbo cars, specifically the 1st gen Talons, for about 3 years now and until recently I hadn't had the money. So the search was on, I went and looked at about 50 of 'em but never could find the right one. So I looked elsewhere, and I think at the right time.
I always loved the RX-7's and I new they had a strong reputation the turbo import communities, but I mostly loved the look, and that's what got me.. Since my car is all looks, and sounds.
She's a 91 white convertible. N/A. And she was just beautiful, first time I saw her I knew that she was comin' home with me. It's not a fast car, well she beats v6 mustangs, but I guess i'm gettin older and i'm not the kind of guy to go around and pick a race; to me, nothin' is better than just cruising the streets with the targa down.
I'm glad to be here and hope to learn a lot of helpful knowledge from yall. Thanks.
