hello im zach just picked up my first rotary i am in the drift seen my daily is a 240sx hatch sil front sr cage blah blah blah. got my first roatry about a month ago it a 2 of 92 black fd3 doing some reasearch on the car a discovered it was a true r1 in pristine conditioni have been trying to buy the car for 5 years from my moms old boss finally got the call hey do u have 5k come take the rx7 home so i bought it 68k all service records hks down pipe intermediate pipe and a hks turbo timer and a alpine cd player and eq car to my suprise has bigger blue sway barrs gab sport adjustable struts and front lowering springs im planning on putting the racing beat springs on it and the front sway bar support and gunna run road coarse with it will upload pics when i figure out how to

Ill have to pull it out when i get my motor fixed makes wierd noises had my guy look at it he says a rotor bearing so i stopped driving it im gwtting another brand new rebuiltnone with all pinneapple stuff but has no compression but its never been ran so i should be able to make the two into o e

 

There's a very reputable engine builder in Lacey, he built mine and several others that I know.
Bring your 240 to the meet next month and chat it up. Maybe we can help you pinpoint your issue.

wow that is a really nice fd. I have been a nissan/datsun guy for a very long time have had a 95 200sx, a 79 200sx, 2 210's, and a 71 510. this is my first rx7 and I am finding out that getting a driver side door handle is a nightmare. I found this site and I have to make a few posts before I can find someone one here that has one... My rx7 is a 90 gtu.

 

Up here in olympia there is two fc rx7s at pick a part in tumwater
