TX New User - Houston Texas

Hi What Up, I'm Jesse from Houston Texas

I've wanted an rx-7 since 93 when I saw one in a parking lot and said wtf is that!!!

Dad was talking about getting a cool little car, I looked up ebay to show him what I wanted
Saw my car going at the right price, ending in 2 hours, about a 20 min drive away.
We went checked out, everything was good bought the car at the last minute. And now its mine.

Now i'm fixing it up, has these stupid looking lights on it. And I want a 99' spec front end.

I know next to nothing about cars. (computers not cars )
I'm a graphic designer, I mainly design car wraps
Thats about it.

welcome! congrats on the 7!

what did you buy? year / color / mileage / mods / etc / etc ??

i am also in houston and similarly work with computers for a living (in an IT dept for an oil and gas company downtown)

this forum is full of incredibly useful information -- id suggest if you havent already, looking into the reliability mods -- in addition to rx7club.com there are plenty of additional resources on the internet -- one of my fav's is rob robinette's site: http://robrobinette.com/reliabiltiy.htm

get ready for spending lots of time on the forums -- its rather addicting. . . .

g'luck with your new ride!! enjoy her!
