new in tucson, az

hey im john just here to learn about the rotary and the second gen
looking to get a 2g but wanna read up on it find out whice second gen year is the best
any help and info would be helpful thanks in advance
im looking at the 86 or 90 years

There are a lot of good people in AZ that have an abundant wealth of knowledge on RX-7's. The two above are shining examples!

thanks guys ive done some research and i was looking into hopefully getting a 90-92 but i guess 92s are hard to find
i like the verts but i also read theyre flexible
i have a son so im am considering the soupe
any opinions?
thanks for the welcomes, i know these cars arent verry good on gas but whats the average mpg the fcs get and do they loose or gain them with some bolt ons?

If you don't want a vert, don't get a 92. The 92's here in the US were just the leftover convertibles that Mazda didn't sell in '91.

As far as gas mileage goes, it really depends on your foot, I get 18-23 or so in my daily driver, depending on how I drive it. Usually it's 18.
