Hey my names Jamie I'm from Toronto I've been looking into buy a car for the first time I know it's a crazy ordeal or expenses lol I've got a lot of banter from my friends bout not getting an rx7 for my first but I'm looking into picking up anyways I've recently been looking at an '87 RX-7 GX with 280k on the body (and it shows lol) but 160k on the engine. I was wondering if anyone could give me some ideas what to look for what are common problems with this year etc basically the whole run down and pros and cons. I'm really excited I wanna dive in to this the rx7 is a favourite car of mine. Hope I don't sound to noob with this post lol but I am new and it would be awesome if someone could give me some insight on what I'll be getting into Thank You

I had an FD for six months about 15 years ago. I was 18 at the time, so I wrecked it quickly. I've wanted another one ever since. Get your RX, drive it, and you'll see what all the fuss is about.

The only car that's given me nearly as much pleasure to drive was a Lotus Elise. And I've driven everything from Miatas to Ferrari F430s.

Sadly I am not going to be this car cuz it's a huge hassle at the moment I will take a bit to get on the road. I would've loved for this to be my first car but I'm going to have wait and get something else eventually ill get an fc I won't deny that
