TN New from TN

Hey everyone, been going over the site and love it. Not a new owner I totaled my first FC in 94. Bought 2 88s this last year one a SE and the other a Vert. Bought the SE as a parts car but after I fooled with it decided it was not that bad. I am going to start with the injectors since it is flooding and having issues starting. The car is completely unmolested down to the Mazda cassette player with equalizer. All the books were in the glove box and the air works. The vert I lucked out on. I saw it just as the guy posted the add online. It had alot of issues and everytime i started to walk away he came down. Bottom line is he needed rent that day or he was being kicked out. So i gave him $450 and drove it home. Look forward to hitting everyone up for info. Live in between Knoxville and Nashville if there are any clubs in tha area hit me up.

Just paid $700 for the hardtop. Just got it running. Finally figured out the injectors were flooding it out. Thats after new plugs and wires, checked all the ignition and ran compression check. Finally puuled the fuse, blew it out then it fired up. Smoked like a frieght train for a few minutes then ran good. Sent injectors off waiting to get them back and dropping in a new O2 sensor ands see what happens.
