I'm Andre and me and my car live in Miami. I've owned a 1985 GS for about a year. While its not my first 7 it is my first 1st Gen. I would have loved that my introduction would boast of impressive mods I've done, but instead I'm looking for help on some newly encountered electrical woes.

Still proud to be a member of what seems like a very helpful community/resource, and hope that the good folks here may help.

Thanks for the welcome. I (semi-)conquered the gremlins, by the way... definitely working with what I've got on that one. What else are Sundays for?

 

If you ever have issues that even this place cannot solve go to kilo racing in ST. Cloud. That guy knows rx7s. I went to him with 2nd gen in limp, within 30 seconds of a test drive he called out the oil regulator pump and added that if it doesnt get fixed soon it fries the ECU (which it did). Just try to call him ahead of time, like i did not do. I had to wait for him to finish the job he was on first.

i've got an 85 se. it's in great shape - i'm the second owner. (don't shut off the engine until it warms up - i will flood on the next start up.)
