New to the RX7club
just want to say thanx for letting me join, i just got my first Mazda FC RX-7 and i love it its a 1989 non turbo, going to start getting some work on it and new engine in for Dec or early next year....you guys got anything i should know about rotary engines and problems please let me know also would like to know what engine runs the best without much making to much mods on it....well thanx

Welcome aboard! What's the name and why did you decide to join the wonderful world of rotary-powered RX-7's?
On the engine question, I'm going to let the 2ndgen guru's impart some quick advice but really, just rolling past thread titles will give you a good idea of what kinds of headaches these engines can give a fellah when they act up.

ok guys thanx for the welcome and i have money to spend thats nothing im going to worry about but the cold part i dont like i was told they can be a real bitch at times and i live in new york so that means ill be spending around 4month of bs from this car but its ok cause its a great car and i love it....
