New to the RX7 world...

Hi All,

I'm Roger. I Live in Tallahassee, Florida and I just bought my first RX7, an 89 'vert NA.

I'm an aircooled VW geek as well, and I can tell what's going to happen with the 7's.

Anyways I look forward to asking questions and being part of the community.

I live in Fort Walton Beach! My good friend lives in Tally. He has an 89 na. Maybe we'll run into each other when I'm down in Tally haha. Welcome to the rx7 world!

FL There's a good chance of that.

Hey,

Thanks, and it may be more likely than you think. My wife has family and I have friends in Ft. Walton and I look forward to cruising the beaches in my car with the top down. We come down there quite a bit.

Oh nice! Well whenever theres a large car show or meet here you should come down. I know there's one that is a little west of Navarre beach on the island every summer. We have our weekly meets too, but that would be a far drive on a Tuesday when its not that big of a deal.

Heck yeah,

I have a ways to go before she's ready. This thing has sat for 5+ years with a flush broken off leading plug. The PO had no idea what to do. I'll have the engine out this weekend so that I can put it on my stand and get a straight shot at the plug. OMP block offs are ordered. Rat's nest solenoid's and vacuum stuff is gone.

You can be sure i'll be reaching out and asking questions.

Thanks you guys,

Roger
