Hi crew, Will checking in with a newly purchased 88 Turbo II 10th anni. I'm from the Bay, so if any of you recognize it, do drop it a line. Previous owner should be on here too considering he's working on another FD XP



I'll be on here quite a bit soaking up all this rotary goodness and this will be my first.

Quick story of my purchase... raining like crazy last night... saw the car and jumped on it..

was low on gas so took it to a gas station about 2 miles away.. mostly downhill so didnt put much load on the engine..

Filled up and tried to start.... FAIL! Flooded the engine cuz it wasn't warmed up all the way before the shut down.. Guy that showed it to me started it for a second, but we didnt want to wait outside for it to idle. Didn't think it would be a prob till i read more about it...
