new rx owner in CA

picked this up for 5K!
the good-
5 grand.
2k miles on fresh rebuild, new factory turbos, turbos converted to non-sequential, dowel rod mod on motor, street port, r1 lip, random gt wing, 1yr old paint job, greddy 3in straight pipe exhaust, manual boost controller, hks turbo timer, apexi safc blue piggyback
110k chassis miles
the bad -
needs battery
needs new alternator
rad fans have short to power and always run, seller installed a kill switch instead of tracing the wires
3k hesitation (im assuming due to the safc piggyback)
steel wheels instead of whats in the picture
a seperate parasitic drain other than the rad fans that kills battery when the car is off.

so upon further inspection, its gonna need some work. found some concerns with the wire harness next to the ecu.. dont you just love when people destroy things?
