MN New to the Rotor! '85 Rx7 GS

Hello!

My name is Adam and I picked up my new to me Rx7 last friday.

So far I'm happy about it, but I'm still unsure what could be done to make it more.. Me.. I guess?

The bolt pattern bothers me and hopefully gonna be reading on how to get more power out of this thing without having to do a drop in so I can keep it as original as possible. Hopefully I can haha.

I just got rid of my Audi A4 2.8 for this and its a WHOLE different world! hopefully I can add some photos here soon! If you guys have any advice for performance mods or tweaks, tips and tricks Please feel free to let me know, it would be GREATLY appreciated!

Hope to hear from you soon!

Nice ride but what is it you want to use the car for a daily driver or do you want to build it for the track.

Thanks for the replies!

The car is pretty clean aside from having some body rust. Nothing has rusted through and there is no rust where these typically rust. Solid body.

The interior is pretty clean as well, no stains, ceiling isn't coming down. The only bad thing is whoever owned this before me broke the trim around the stereo and heat controls.

The Engine is what I could not believe how clean it was!! Small oil leak from the OMP(just needs a gasket). Overall very impressed with the car.

@Jairbne1725 - It's gonna be a street car, It won't be my DD but I will drive it often in the spring and summer. The car will be garaged in the winter.

I want to make get some more performance out of it, So far I have removed the Smog/emissions components, Hollowed out the cat, stripped the Nikki, ported the spacer and smoothed the edges on the intake manifold and Took the A/C belt off.

I will be ordering Pacesetter header in the next couple weeks and putting a custom exhaust on it.

Any suggestions on a intake/carb setup?

Also, I might be thinking about twin turbo'ing it to be different.. I have 3 turbo's around the garage. 1 from a 13b and 2 from a 2000 Audi S4 Ko3.

Who knows what will happen
