hey my name is sheyi i live in canada and i just bought a 1990 fc N/A
my car needs some work but it will look sick when its done.. but right now i need some help with it.. i cant get my head lights to go down also i cant get it to start i think itsa the starter considering i can smell gas when i pump the pedal and it just keeps trying to turn over someone help please!!!

and for the starting check your spark plugs for spark and fouling
