New Rotary owner
Hello everyone. My name is Matt and I've acquired a 1987 base RX7. The car came with a 87 GXL parts car.
I am building the car for SCCA auto-crossing, to be ran in FP class.
The car has been in a club members possession for about 8 years.
I am completely new to the rotary business. Always been V8 GM pony cars. Going to be reaching and searching for any pointers with this car.
Thanks for reading and possibly helping.

Hey new guy!! What's the condition of the car? Mileage? I'm sure that a lot of guys here can weigh in on mods for autocross. Is the engine ported at all? For N/A 13bs, porting will be your greatest source of power gains.. but that also brings decreased engine life potentially.

Good luck with autocrossing a Rota. The car handles beautifully so I know you will enjoy yourself. Enjoy Rota problems :P remember the more airflow you can get through and out of the engine the more power you can get
