new to rotary n see if some of u guys can help
im been working on cars for about 5 years never worked on a rotary n im currently about to buy a 88 non running im not sure y it doesnt run witch would be the best route to get her running strong n reliable anyone an how much am i looking at or any good rotary mechanics in socal

I'd highly advise you go back and read Sgt Fox's rules for the New Members posting. Massive run on sentences going all over the place generally give the impression that you don't care to take the time to put any effort for this website. It also makes it hard to judge the level of answer that should be given.
Nonetheless, the answers will be here and each situation is different so we need more details. Take that thread to the New Member tech section. In this thread, you're supposed to introduce yourself, not a car.
