New to rotaries.
Hey,
My name is Brandon. Don't currently own any rotary powered vehicle, but I'm joining this site to read up and research them a bit more. I have been driving a FWD for a while now, its about time to get a RWD again and the RX7 is looking like a good candidate.

I drove my friend's NA FC, and took a ride in a non-seq. FD. They seem very nimble and predictable. I always heard the rotaries had no torque, but it wasn't bad at all and the power delivery is very smooth.
Pretty much any car that isn't a honda, it gets harder to get parts for in the islands lol. One of the reasons I signed up, I'm pricing stuff and seeing the venues for getting parts. As far as which one, I'm thinking either a FB or FD, more so to FD, but if the right deals shows up, who knows.

Hawaii is great to live in, just a lot of things are limited.
Thanks for the welcome, and yeah I have been checking the classifieds. I'm just pricing stuff for now and seeing how the market is. I know buying a car near summer isn't the best, since everyone wants to drive lol. I'll probably wait more so towards winter before getting serious, but we'll see.
