New (Reenlisted) Member from California
Hello all,
My name is Allen and I am as good as a noob because I haven’t been on this forum in a couple years and even THEN wasn't tooooooo active. =P I don’t always post, but when I do I speak my mind and am very clear. No post ***** here.
I currently live in the bay area of CA, own a 2005 RX8 and am ACTIVELY looking for an S5 FC NA (obviously all preferable but open to many things) around my area. Just looking for a good deal for something clean, more then moded. Which is very hard in this area. THERE IS however a nice FC very close to me with 95k original and has the black/gray interior that looks fresh off the showroom. NA. EXACTLY what I was looking for but he wants 5k...we'll see.
Anyway, I am primarily here to catch up and refresh my knowledge and history of the Rotary cars as well as (hopefully) gain enough from my community here to be able to build/rebuild my own rotary engines on the side. Nothing crazy. Just have an FC in the garage to toy with and drive here and there as I love to go on little drives and picnics with the wife. Meanwhile build an engine on the side so that when the 13b DOES go, I have something that "I" put together. But we will see. =P
I look forward to sharing the passion for rotaries with everyone here and attending the average meet to see OTHER people’s interpretation of the RX series as well as share a few laughs and a beer or two.
I may not be on as much as most posters but I have a true fascination and love for these sports cars and the rotary engine.
