New R1 FD in PA
Hey everyone!
My name is Deniz and I'm from Bethlehem PA. I just recently picked up a 1993 R1 RX7 in victory red. It's a beautiful car, in really good condition. 104,000 miles on the chassis but only about 5000 on the rebuild. New paint job.
The car is pretty much stock except for some reliability mods. It also comes with its few issues.
-Automatic mirrors not working
-right headlight wont go down
-Coolant tank is cracked towards the bottom of the neck
-rear "clunk"
-loose steering rack (possibly rod ends?)
Other than that, the car is in really great shape and the previous owner really made some good modifications including
-pettit aluminum ast
-cooling fan mod
-intake mod
-downpipe (heatwrapped)
-upgraded radiator
-boost gauge
-water temp gauge
-new silicon vaccum lines w/zipties
If anyone has any advice for taking care of the issues above please PM me
Other than that, it drives WONDERFUL and I cant wait to get on the autocross course and out to HPDE.
Best,
Deniz
