Hi All,

My name is Alex and I currently live in New York City. Over the next few months I will be hopefully picking up a 93-94 RX-7 (crossing fingers that I find the right one near me).

My previous car history: '91 240SX SR20DET conversion (high school), '98 528i (5spd sport package; college). Then worked like a dog for 4 years after college and currently whipping a Metro Card, but now finally have the time and money again to get the car I've wanted as a kid.

Thanks, for the money it cost to do a clean SR20DET swap back then, it was a great car. At the time I was deciding between that or a FC Turbo II that was for sale in Long Island at the time. Mileage/engine work done on the T II kinda scared me off back then.

Just bought my FD in January love it, all I can recommend to you. Is don't rush it find one that is in great shape and runs good that helps alot if you plan to daily drive her. I drive my FD everyday to work on base but I bought a car with a good foundation. New motor, new turbo, and good interior. Saves alot of headaches...This is my 5th FD and my last one as I plan to keep it

Wow, you must have been one of the few at your school that actually had a fun whip. I'm currently taking the Metro to work too. More cost efficient than boosting. :/
