Sounds like you've been busy. There is a special model registry in the 1st get section where you can list the cars VIN. Advertising back in the day indicates that only 3000 Limiteds were made available in 79. Special features included, the wheels, Beat Black color and burgundy / silver pin stripes. They also came with the two-tone grey velour interior, leather wrapped steering wheel and shift ****, digital clock, special 4 speaker stereo with power amp and of course the "Limited" B-pillar badges.
Your car looks pretty complete. The steering wheel looks in good condition. A lot of times the leather dries out and deteriorates like on the shift ****. The good news is you can get them re-covered. Is there a reason you want to replace the carb? Just for performance? There's a few threads about keeping the Nikki and modifying it for more flow. Search under hogged out Nikki.

Car had sat from the year 1999 or 2000. I bought it from a man that got it for his son. They could not acquire the title therefor they bought another car. When they did that the title for the Mazda showed up and they decided to sell it. 77,000 miles. Pretty sure I’m second owner. Everything seems to be very stock. Just the radio amplifier is removed. Secondaries are sticking something fierce. Tried to pry to the lever and everything barely nothing happening. New full racing beat exhaust and Weber carburetor.

Quite odd
Not the only thing. The rear brake drum was torn apart. No battery, driver side marker light missing. Smaller pipe coming off thermal reactor was missing. Not unbolted but broken for lack of better term. The first owner had bad health issues and not reachable. Person I actually bought it off didn’t do much because they didn’t have a title and his son didn’t have a license yet who in which they had bought the car for. That is now taken care of.
Making progress thanks to very helpful sources & people.
