New Member from Washington
Hello, my name is Ian and I live in Enumclaw, Washington. I have been an RX-7 fan for pretty much my whole life. I first found out what the RX-7 was in the Road & Track Edition of Need for Speed. At the time, I didn't understand the magic and balance of the car, but I was always intrigued by the body design.
In high school, I had the opportunity to purchase an '85 RX-7 GS. I loved that car to death and was saddened when it was totalled after a lady rear-ended me on the highway. At present, I have a white '89 GXL that hopefully will see a TII drivetrain with a 13B-RE engine driving it.
Outside of RX-7's, I watch the Seahawks in the fall, snowboard in the winter, watch the Mariners in the spring, and run in races in the summer. Last two years I ran in the Seattle Marathon. This year is the half-marathon, which I chose to run because I had limited time to train this year. I work on cars for a living as a Master ASE technician, specializing in driveability and emissions failures.
I look forward to receiving input on my present RX-7 build, which has recently started.
