VT New member from Vermont

Hi my name is Charlie. I don't own an RX7 but someday I will. I'm joining the forum so that I can read up on them and plan ahead. I've been a member of 3si.org for 10+ years as well as a few Subaru forums. I know a few people on 3si also own rx7's, so I'm sure I'll see some familiar screen names over here.

This is my 94/99 vr4 and sti swapped 2.5rs.

Welcome, and nice rides! Do you have build threads for either of them? Both sound like they were fun projects.

My subaru build thread is here:

Fastfalcon94's build thread, swapped GC - Subaru Impreza GC8 & RS Forum & Community: RS25.com

I don't really have an updated one for the vr4 but there are pics on my photobucket. fastfalcon94's Pictures, Photos & Images | Photobucket

The vr4 has forged internals, dr750 turbos, aem ems v2, and I'm spraying meth. All the work was done by me. I am not a mechanic by trade (software developer), but I spend a lot of time working on cars outside of work. I even have a lift in my garage.

And Rx7Zamboni, it's funny that you like to come drive around vermont. It is gorgeous up here but the roads are usually in really bad shape due to frost damage. My favorite roads to drive on are actually in NY over near Eagle lake. I cross the crown point bridge, take factoryville road and head out that way.
