Privet Ivan - welcome to the club. Kak dela ? I'm Bill from the state of Maryland in US, just outside of Washington DC. I love your FD ! She is as aggressive looking as all hell. Black is a great FD color to me, especially against the backdrop of Russian snow. Assume you are living in a highrise condo building and putting your baby to sleep in a typical Russian garage, as in the background of one of your pictures - how can you sleep at night if she's so far away? Haha ! I don't have a garage on my townhouse, but have a motion activated camera aimed at my car as she is parked outside. If I am seeing correctly, your rotary is a Japanese-market right hand drive ? How difficult was it to learn to shift manual with your left hand ?? I'm an old retired guy, living second childhood with my '86 fc3s na and loving it for over 2 years now. Saw you joined RX7 Club in March - so is it your first rotary ? My wife of 11 years is from Vladivostok originally, then graduated from her institute in Moscow. I've been to Russia 6 times now, but it has been 5 years since last visit and I really miss your country and her people, some of whom are my friends now. Take care of your ride and enjoy her. Bill

Hi Bill,nice to meet you,Yes the machine is from Japan,we're all here to drive cars with right-hand drive,2000 miles from the us to Vladivostok,right hand drive thing familiar to us.In winter the machine is in a warm garage,on street do not leave,because in winter the temperature reaches -45.This is my second car,before that was an Rx-8,no match for the RX-7,Rx-7 dinamiche more and more beautiful.Of course it must be in vivid color,but for me it is the black color,this men's color)I Want to modify the engine to 400+Hp.Here and register here,a lot of useful information. I've never been USA,I would like to see your culture,how you live )

Yes - in BLACK, it is a man's color, but it also the hardest color to take care of. When cleaning it shows every little swirl mark if any grit or dirt gets abraded against it. So as a guy who no longer has the energy to be washing it carefully, I stay away from black. My FC is white, can grab a wet rag and give her a quick wipe down and just drive off. By the way thought your city was spelled NERYUNGRI, not Nerungri. Which is it ? If you ever do visit the U.S. let me know, I'll invite you to a Russian party with my Russian friends and relatives here, to make sure you don't get too homesick ! By the way, my Russian born wife loves that I found and enjoy my toy FC car, but HATES to ride in it. The noise, the torque and the closeness your popka is to the pavement ! Razvlekaysya, Bill

Neryungri is a small town in the Republic of Sakha Yakutia,my girl like FD but he doesn't like me to ride because I love speed and sometimes go into a turn sideways(drift) and gives me a slap)

Yes - understood that she may slap you, but hope she is a wise enough young lady to do it AFTER you stop the car ! My wife doesn't like going in my toy car AT ANY SPEED ! Funny but the best trip I had in my fc was with a 25 year old guy, Dima, who was visiting his mama here last summer from Moscow region, from Pushchino. I've known him since he was 15 years old. We went to the mountains and I let him drive half the time and he now loves the notaries. Bill
