New member from Nashville Tennessee
Hey guys, new member here from Nashville TN. I dont have a 7, (1996 DC4 integra right now), but have been drooling over FD's for quite some time...I'm thinking about getting one, but was wondering what its like to keep one maintained/in proper working order, and how much it costs, relative to other cars. I've heard that it can take a lot more TLC to keep an FD going than another car. Any common problems that they have, Apex engine seals going out, etc?
Seems like a nice, mature community here. Props guys

Im a new FD owner in Memphis and I can tell you from what I have read and what I have spent so far they are expensive but worth the money. The car pulls so hard under full boost that somehow I cant remember how much it cost to own it.

welcome
Hi, welcome to the forum. I have recently met and talked to fire85gsl-se on the forum. he lives in the nashville area and is very knowledgeable on rotaries. Look up some of his threads as he has provided a lot of good information. Also if you want some good ideas of what it is like owning a rotary, read through the FAQ's sections. That will give an idea of what people are doing with the cars. Good luck with finding a good FD. I will warn you, rx-7s can be more addicting than crack. ask anyone here!

Hey guys, just wondering if anybody is going to be out and about this weekend w/their 7? I'm getting more serious and I'd like to look one over in person...also, I'm kinda tall, and I'd like to see if I fit in one, lol....and maybe somebody can show me a few of the mechanical things I've been reading about on this site.
Thanks!
Thanks!
