OK, so for starters my name is John. I'm a mechanic, but on jet engines not car engines, so this will be a learning curve, especially with it being rotary. My car is the 89 turbo II, currently not running. 110k miles, five speed, door molding missing on both sides. Kind of an orange/gold pearl paint. Chipping in places. Driver seat ruined. Other than that its pretty clean. Pics to come later.

Haha smack talk in about what? And the one I work on only produces 33k lbs of thrust, u wouldn't want it. Lol

Welcome to the forum. Im a new member also. Nice to see another member joining from my state. I havent picked up a rx7 yet but plan on it soon. Unfortunately it doesnt seem like there are many in MO, especially turbo II's.

 

Ya know, I actually wasn't even looking for one. I just happened to decide to look em up on craigslist and what do ya know. Found a good one. Lol some of the things previous owners did to it make me angry but..that's why its a project. Lol
