Hey all. Came across this site a few weeks ago, lots of good stuff. Gonna be buying my first RX as soon as i can get the title. Shes in a bit of a rough state, nothing a little tlc, sawzall, welder, and pile of shiny new parts can't fix. Anyways, i'm Jim, i'm 24, been a mechanic for about 6 years. Found out about some local races and figured that this car would be perfect. Looking forward to getting her up and going.

Its an 89 gxl, i honestly can't tell you too much about it though. It was an abandon vehicle at the shop i'm at. The fuel pump is toast thanks to the gas turning into turpentine but i did manage to get it to fire up for about 15 seconds on starting fluid. I need to get a title before i can tow it, then the real fun will begin.
