Hey I'm tom from a small town called carlow in Ireland,
Very few Rex's over here only ever seen 3 not including the one I bought in all my year's driving but getting the car didn't come without its hard ship.....
I bought the car 13 months ago now and was delighted when I parted with my cash and drove her home for the first time.
She sat at home for a month while I did a few things to get her to pass the test.
Failed on a loose battery, licence plate not regulation and noise so got them fixed and got my test happy days, went to put my road tax on and was told I don't own the car...
I went to the police told them my story and they looked into it somebody from the far side of ireland had changed the car to his name even without my log book this went on for months they checked my car my book everything was in order but the other guy wouldn't meet up with the police so they could check his car.
So I knew something dodgy was going on and after 10 months the guards received his book in the post along with a letter saying he sold the car years ago and found an old book in his house and changed it back to his name and didn't know why.
So rang up and got the book changed back to me and my baby need to go in for another test but fingers crossed in the next few weeks I will finally have everything sorted and have her on the road
