new member here!
hey everyone my name is brian, im in the army i am stationed at ft riley kansas. this is my first rx7 it is an 85 gsl. its in almost perfect condition and i am loving it. im 24 years old married with no kids. my interests are hanging out with friends, working on cars, and hanging out with my wife. i like outdoors stuff so 4 wheeling mudding riding motorcycles 4 wheelers and dirt bikes are a blast. i have a 85 toyota 4x4 that i play in. i have my 85 mazda rx-7 gsl. and my wifes car is a 2012 mitsubishi galant. my toyota has a lift kit and mud tires as well as a winch, my rx7 its all stock except it has some kind of msd box that is wired wierd with 3 msd blaster coils?? im not sure what its called but im sure i will learn, this is my first rotary so im very new to the whole world of it all. if i missed anything or there is anything else you would like to know about me please feel free to ask i am a very outgoing person.

Sounds like a nice car. As for the 3 coils, we call that here "DLIDFIS". It stands for "Dual Leading Ignitor Direct Fire Ignition System". It is a bit of a mouthful. The idea is that each leading spark plug (bottom plugs) each get their own coil (plus the spark doesn't need to go through the distributor cap). The trailing gets 1 coil (goes through the cap). So, you end up with 3 coils.

ya unfortunately i may have to sell her soon.... im in the army and i just came down on orders for germany and can only take one car. id rather take my wifes brand new car overthere and it would kill the rx7 to sit for 3 years.
