FL New member from Florida.

Hey all, I'm new to the site, new to rx7's. I currently have an s13 240sx track car(drift), and an e46 BMW m3 daily driver. I'm currently in the process of parting out my 240sx to get either an fc or Fd to build a totally new to me track (drift) car to compete in next seasons formula drift pro am series with.

Hoping in the next week or 2 to pick up a shell to start the project. I'll be on the site learning as much as I can.

"Heff", we're glad to have you onboard seeking the knowledge you need to put together a competitive drift car out of an RX-7. We've got our fair share of the breed here, so I know it'll be there to help when you get to a sticking point.

Thanks for taking the time to register and welcome aboard to RX-7 Club!

Happy to say my s13 is sold, along with almost all of the related parts.

Picked up an apparently rare(ish)? Black 1989 GTUS, has no sunroof, manual windows, 5-lug, turbo 2 brakes. It's a perfect chassis to start with.

Started to remove the interior, I'll be taking a ton of pictures, and if there is build section I will start a build thread. Very excited to get to work on this.

I am very picky, but, if your chassis meets my standards, I'd consider a trade, but keep in mind, this will be a proper build, and will be a badass full race car.

Says the LS1 guy...

Not sure what your standards are, but since its a "full race car" I would imagine a straight chasis would be priority 1, no?

Well, my standards would be no sunroof, manual windows, 5-lug, t2 brakes, and of course a straight chassis.

GTUs. I really wanted one when I couldn't afford it. All the go stuff with none of the luxo. Enjoy!
