Hello from DC Metro,

It's been over 15 years since I sold my 93 R1 and I've been sitting on the sidelines about getting another FD. With the recent pop in prices, it's now or never to start looking seriously for another R1/R2.

James

Welcome back, there are several of us in the area and Rocky usually arranges two cruises a year.

There was a nice SSM R2 on facebook for $23K earlier this week and Paul has his 3 rotor FD for sale locally.

Do you have more information about the R2 and is it local to DC? Not sure who Paul is and while I remember how cool the 3 rotors sound, I also remember them being quite expensive.

I am in my 40s now and really just prefer a stock/stock with reliability mods R1/R2.

What are your thoughts on this local R1?

Red is not my first choice though.

You'd have to find the marketplace ad. I'm not personally a fan of '93's, that car looks very nice but $26k will get you into a lot of FD's if you shop around. Fritz probably has a nice car he'd sell you.
