Hi everyone, I'm Alan. I'm new to the rotary scene. I'm going to be purchasing an FD sometime in July, after my first car sells (I have my Scion tC RS4 for sale ).
This FD will certainly be a big upgrade to what I'm used to. Anyways, a little about myself. I'm currently going to USC in Los Angeles. Going into my third year. I have always loved cars. I love the technical aspects of track racing and just overall modding cars or in a more general sense, "appreciating cars" for what they are.
Anyways, I hope to meet a few of you guys in some meets or whatever in the future. I'll post here once I get my car! By the way, any tipcs of what to look for in purchasing an FD? I've read about checking the boost pattern, AST, 3k RPM hesitation, 2nd to 3rd grinds, 5th gear synchro, and engine bay temps. Anything else I should be looking out for in particular?
Thanks guys.
