Hi, I'm Jack from Glendale CA. I have an '04 RX8. I first saw a rotary engine in my late teens in a car auction while checking under the hood of a beautiful looking FC. I looked it up in the library (no internet back then) and became fascinated with the Wankel engine. When the 3rd Gen RX7 was introduced this fascination turned more into an obsession; I don't think anyone here can blame me for that.

 

Congrats on the RX8 I also recently bought an 88 RX7 and I love it. Do you have any pictures?

Thanks! The car is in the heart transplant phase (no engine) and looks kind of rough now so no pics. I guess we're not supposed to post too many things here anyways as this thread is really for intros only but I didn't want to be rude by not replying. If there is a thread for posting random photos like for example my empty engine bay or the S5 NA 13B that's eyeing it I'll gladly take the photo and share. Any suggestions from the moderators as to where "random" images might make sense to post?
